The North Carolina Real Estate Commission requires all approved education providers to give students a Policy & Procedure Disclosure
prior to or at the start of a CE course.
This disclosure outlines the provider’s rules and expectations—such as attendance requirements, course completion standards, technology policies (for virtual classes), and conduct guidelines—so students understand what is required to receive CE credit.
